I MAKE THE FINAL DECISIONS. If you don't get SOTM, don't hate me for it. Improve your qualities and sign up again!
I will NOT EMAIL you back with your award - it's your OWN responsibility to check if you've got the SOTM award.
If you've not gotten your gift, I will tag you. If you STILL don't get the gift, it goes to second place (if you're first place).
Please, DON'T go on hiatus in the middle of the competition. If you do, you are automatically eliminated from the competition.
YOU MUST HAVE A WEBSITE. No sites with MILLIONS of ads please, and no sites with millions of stolen content and bright layouts/pages.
Any cheating going on will cause the whole game to restart. Cheating is NOT allowed.
Please be FAIR. Only vote ONCE, don't go off and use PROXIES, OTHER COMPUTERS etc. to vote, please. It's not allowed.

Please remember that this is ONLY a SMALL COMPETITION! It's not something HUMONGOUS that if you don't win it will ruin your soul forever... XD

How this works:

On the 10th of every month, contestants can come and sign up for the SoTM.
Every end of a month(20th), a new poll and new contestants will go up on this page,
The contestants have 1 week to gather supporters and get them to vote.
On the 5th of the new month, the SoTM Winner will get their link put up in the layout,
All the contestants will recieve their prize(s) in a week's time by EMAIL.
If a contestant is on HIATUS in the middle of the voting session, then their site will be disqualified - I mean, how can people vote without seeing your site!?
