Very cute and adorable. Now, let's get on some serious constructive advices and comments. :D
First of all, I think that instead of pictures you should have plain background in some matching color. That's mainly because of the borders of the picture which are really visible and, in my opinion, they ruin whole immpresion.
I see two random link button on the center of the layout which should have to be removed. I love your headers and link efftect. Very creative. I also really like these boxes you use for each new blog. It really gives awsome, neat effect. Now, you should edit size of the videos because they're going out of the lines. Instead of layout informations you have placed on your sidebar, you could have site informations. Or bouth. But I somehow feel main site informations are much more important then the layout informations.
All in all, one really cool and interesting homepage, completly made in your style, really creative and unique.

Layout

The first thing I'd like to say is how I adore how you kept your unique, reconogizeable style in making every layout, yet every is very different from the previous one. That's amazing and I congratulate you on that.
The current layout is really cool, nice for this time of the year. I already told what I think of the background. I like the colors. All in all, it's nice and different from what I see most of the time.

Pages

The Visitor: OMG! I adore this page. Hardly anyone succeeds to make subpages interesting and you made it. I love these headers. The only thing you should edit is the letters. They're hardly visible on these bars, especially on the one with sunglasses. You could try bolding them or making them coloured background. I love your "back" link. ^^. More about content later. Oh and I'd place this page as the third one, I think „The Website“ should be the first one.

The Creator:You putted really big effort and much time on this page. Your „About me“ section is really nicelay done. The text isn't too long, it's nicely written and rather interesting. But, I think you could write it all in one text, instead of dividing it into sections.
„Adored site“ section...Hmmm..I think you should just make list of the site names or owners instead of link buttons. This way it looks bit messy and bit too colorfull due to already colorfull background. „Chat with me“ is really unique and amazinf idea. It looks really cool on the page. „Toybox“ and „Hug me“ sections are really cool, they make whole this page lot more interesting. And „Proud moments“ is something I also really like, I haven't seen it anywhere else.

The Website: Well, this page asks for atenttion. You need to update it regulary. I hope you do that, unless not, this whole dividing into section would be unuseful. I've never saw „Affies“ page being this good taken care of as this one and that's huge plus. But you have indeed lot of affies, you could think of cutting down the list a bit. I don't know how you manage to stay in contact with all of them :/
Another congratulte on your credit page. *speachless* And one more for „Past layout“ section. Absolutely amazing! I wouldn't have any complains.
Only try to resize some of the gifts you've given and recevied. Try with thumbnails, they'd look neater.

Visitor Content

I would work at expanding „Graphics“ section more. At first look, it seems like there's lot of content, but actually there isn't. There are only few items in every section. I know you make all of them by yourself and you need time, but this is really poor. Every item you have is really nice and has good quality, but you should try adding more.
Same goes for the „Backgrounds“. Not much choice. „Downloads“ page is, on the other hand, lot better and richer. I found litlle something for myself ^^. „Games“ section is really cool and fun.

Creativity and Originality

Honestly, I'm really amazed. You were extremly creative. Everything is done with lot of atenttion. There are a lot of unique sections which I have never seen before. And I've never seen „Website“ sub-pages done with so much atenttion as your.

Conclusion

I do not really have a thing else to add. This is not my style, but I remained as objective as I could. You have really awsome knowledge and above all, you putted yourself into this site.

Site Name [9/10]
The name "Fluffy Toast" is very cute and unique. I like it a lot.
First Impressions [7/10]
I like the way everything is layed out. The sidebar is well organized and the navigation is easy to find. The layout is very skinny, but I like it.
Layout/Color Scheme [6/10]
I don't care much for the background. I don't think the white polka dots go with your layout, although the yellow does. The vectors are a bit messy, although the shading is nice. As for the colors, I think another color should be used for the font. The green on green looks amateur, and that's basically the only color used for fonts; dark green and light green. Even the headers are green. I'd add some different colors into your CSS. I like the way you put your blogs in little boxes though, that's a nice touch.
Content [8/10]
Site Section: Your affiliates page is very nicely laid out. I love that you even kept your affies on their that are no longer online. I haven't seen that done before. The "sour-cream.org family" is also a nice touch. I've seen that on a few sites, too. You have given a lot of gifts! And gotten quite a bit too! Your affiliates must love you. Your old site is so cute. It's nice that you still have that, because you can look back and see how much you've improved (which is quite a bit). The rest of the site is pretty standard.
Creator Section: You let the visitor know a lot about you, which is good. I think you could do without the lines between the pixels in your toybox. It would look fine just to have a space between each one instead. The proud memories page is really unique, I haven't seen that before. And your virtual pets are very cute!
Visitor Section: It would be really cute if you had a description or a meaning of each of your charms. To make them more personal, ya know? Your glitters are nice, although people don't use them much anymore. The "adopt an egg" page is a nice idea, but you haven't done one every month. It's great that you let your visitors request graphics; a lot of sites do not allow that. The rules at the beginning of the "special adoptions" page are way too confusing. There is no need for all of that crazy "ignore this rule", "click this period" stuff because a thief is going to steal whether they read your rules or not. You shouldn't make it so difficult for the good ones to get into your graphics. Your downloads page opened in a new window, I'm not sure if that was supposed to happen. I like that you have a lot of reads and games. Also your tutorials are very helpful.
Graphic Skill [8/10]
Your pixels are great, and I love your scribbles. The scribbles are probably my favorites. Your vectors could use some work, though.
Organization [10/10]
The entire site is very well organized. Everything is easy to find.

The layout is super cute, and it looks like a very organised and well updated.

Content

Graphics: You have a lot of graphics for your visitors! You should add some more things for some people to request, maybe like scribble names, CG names etc.

Website Resources: You have a lot of resources and material! Though I think it would be easier to find what you want there, if it was all on seperate pages.

Downloads: I like the downloads you have, though you should add some stuff that people can use for their graphics, like brushes, fonts, textures etc.

Tutorials: You have a lot of interesting tutorials, and there's not much more I can say to add ;P

Errors

Downloads: When you click the downloads link in the 'for your interest' section, it comes up in a new window.

FluffyToast has always made me smile. It’s very cute, and it’s one of those names people won’t forget easily, and is unique. =)

Layout (6.5/10)

Your layout isn’t totally amazing. But I like the simplicity of it, the colours you used are really good. However I don’t think the background quite matches, it’s a little too bright for everything else. I think it should be a light blue or a light green instead. Also with your ‘back’ buttons, they matched the background, but not everything else. I like the spots on the background itself but it clashed with the flowers on your sidebar. My thoughts are that the flowers shouldn’t be there, or you could change them to misaligned spots too (aligned ones would be too uniform and wouldn’t look nice).

Other than that, your layout is very cute. The shading is very good, and I like the font you used on it. Your CSS also matches the layout perfectly but I’d prefer it the headers weren’t outlined so prominently - maybe they’d be better off bigger and bolder, like your back button would look awesome. Your transparent .pngs (layout header and back sign) don’t appear transparent in my version of Internet Explorer so it would be considerate for visitors to let them know, on the sidebar perhaps, that things look better in certain versions of IE and Firefox. Or you could quickly change them to transparent .gifs which work in more browsers better. I also don’t think it’s necessary to put text underneath the buttons on your ‘joined’ section in your sidebar, especially when it’s already on the button eg. Soda Pop is on the button but you had ‘Soda Pop’ under it as well.

I love the jellies everywhere though =D. Considering you have a jelly theme, it would be nice to see some jelly-related thing as the links instead of just ‘Creator’ and ‘Visitor’, etc.

Content (9/10)

SITE: This section is quite well done and quite organised. I like how you’ve provided a code for your link buttons (some people get lazy). Your past layouts page is good, I like how you’ve actually put up the layouts as they really would look (even if it’s a little unnecessary and uses up space) and not as a screenshot, which is what most people do. And to see your old site was very interesting as well. Some of your ‘disappeared’ affies have completely dead links - their site has disappeared so they probably have too. I think you should delete these because they are taking up too much space on your affies page.
I enjoyed reading your history of FluffyToast, it was quite interesting to know you were into dolls before! =P. I like how you thumbnailed your gifts too (I went and grabbed the gifts I hadn’t got hahaha). Also your ‘received gifts’ has some SOTM stuff in it. I think these should go on a separate page of ‘awards’ that your site has received.
Also, plug-board.com doesn’t exist anymore so you might want to remove your plug board or find another site for that.

CREATOR: This section was also quite good. I like how you put adored sites, and proud memories, because it sort of fills up the section. Normally people don’t put much in their ‘about me’ section. I thought your toybox shouldn’t have that one award in it and you should put that on an awards page.

VISITOR: I loved this section! You have a lot of graphics that are all very good. You’ve got really good downloads too. Your tutorials are very good and easy to understand, but I think you should put the screenshots on your page instead of letting them open as a separate graphic, so it’s easier for people who are using them. If they are too big, you can thumbnail them and put a little note that you can click them to make them bigger.
Ahahaa I loved your ‘don’t click’. It was hilarious and the longest I’ve seen. I read it all the first time round, then just held enter on my keyboard cause I knew I had to get back to reviewing. Hope you forgive me =p. But what’s the letter W mean? Is it still valid and stuff?
Your pixels are excellent, like I said. They are SO cute and amazing. The tetris blocks are cute. I love the fruit juice and all the food. They look yummy but too cute to eat. However your ‘rules’ image needs a little editing, it’s hard to see the text. You have a second page of pixels, as well as your ‘retired pixels’ and ‘big pixels’, and I think you should put a link to these on the main ‘visitor’ page as they are main pages too. Your ‘Extras’ page has a lot of avatars on it which would be better in their own section as some people wouldn’t know where to look in case they were looking for them.

Originality (10/10)

I actually really like the way you put an attachment field on your forms. And the way you anchored many of the pages was quite good, like your reviews page. And that you put a tutorial for it was a smart idea as well. Your pixels are very unique, they’re not the normal character pixels many sites do, and you have many of them too.

Errors (8/10)

You still need to change my link on the sidebar =p. (I didn’t take a mark off for that though.)
On your ‘Family’ page, you’ve put a long “===” as a divider which is too long and stretches past your layout limits. With some of your glitters, they are really large so they also do this. I recommend opening them in a new window, or widening your layout a little.
You also have some dead images on your affie page, and on your sidebar.
Overall most things are fine, just a few things here and there and issues regarding organisation of content in your ‘visitor’ section, as I outlined above.

First Impression:

The first thing I saw was Ashley Tisdale! The font on the layout however did not look right.

Navigation:

Glad you used CSS. Add bullets, and move the links to the left (instead of center).

Layout:

I like the Ashley Tisdale blend. You made it collide smoothly ;) But the font & stripes throw the whole image away. Get rid of the font, stripes & flower, and use Baveuse, Bubblegum, Dirty Headline, Mail Ray Stuff, Chopin Script or some cursive/medieval kind. There could be more effects used on Ashley like brushes (swirls, splats- try these?), and tutorials that can help boost up the picture (swimchick). To find a great color combo, go here.

Coding:

*Thumbs up* in firefox! The seagreen box you have (on your home page) should be #d1daff. The peach box should be a #c0c0c0

Pages: Curse bot generator doesn't work

Organization:

Very good! There's pages for everything.

Icons: add borders. Glitters: Make the borders around 2px thick. Pixels=awesome! Free layouts: not impressed. On your content page, there's these big gaps which makes me scroll down more. Try closing in. Or... Make pages for every title (Graphics, games, tutorials etc)

Just tweak up a few things and your site will be da bomb. I love going through your content, looking at your gifts etc. My first impression was "eh, ok" but changing the layout will make a totally different impression. Good luck!

2. First Impressions

Ew! What on earth is this stupid hideous thing popping up? It takes forever to load and it is not pretty… why do you have this? Its totally put me off to be honest with you…

I am guessing it is because it is really super duper important to you that you tell your visitors what they need to do if they wish to view your site. Unfortunately, I do not agree. Have a read of my article on Accessibility perhaps to consider if it really is your place to tell your visitors what browsers and resolutions they must have in order to visit your site. I mean, are you overwhelmed by all of your visitors so much so that in the end you need to turn a few away? Because I mean, what if I’m not using Firefox or Internet Explorer 7? There are other browsers, you know! What about Safari? Opera? There are loads of other browsers out there! Does that mean that if I am using one of them, I must simply turn around and leave your site immediately? Is that what you want people to do? Or do you want them to download an entirely new browser to use just so that they can view your site? Is that what you would do? Sorry, but if you want people to visit your site, then it is going to be your responsibility to make sure that they can, and not the other way around!

Just for your own personal knowledge, I have run your site through browsershots to see how your site would work for those not using Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox. Your website does not work in: Internet Explorer 6.0, Internet Explorer 5.5, and Konqueror 4.1. It wouldn’t load in Firefox 3.0. I also have to say that the ugly pop up thing didn’t load in K-Meleon, Minefield, Opera, SeaMonkey, Chrome, Flock, Epiphany, Navigator and Safari. So, if the only reason people need to use your specified browsers is to view the ugly pop up then GET RID OF THE POP UP and then your problem will be solved!

Hang on a minute! You repeat yourself anyway in your welcome message, so the whole point of that popup thing is really non existant because you keep on repeating yourself and emphasising the fact that you want your visitors to go away if they aren’t using Firefox or Internet Explorer!! I have never seen someone so adamant that people should not visit their site unless they fit particular requirements! You make me think of a bouncer at an exclusive night club or something, haha.

Other than that, there is a whole lot of movement going on! I mean there is the scrolling marquee, the bouncing thing, the flashing animated images, etc etc. There is a lot to take in all at once. Its hard really for me to focus my attention on any one thing.

3. Coding

Your coding isn’t too bad, it just has a whole lot of javascript involved. What you need to realise is that sometimes people have java turned off on their browsers, or it simply hasn’t been enabled, so relying on javascript for the entire functioning of your website isn’t always going to be very successful.

I don’t like that you have embedded your CSS, and I certainly don’t like that this embedded CSS is in multiple locations throughout your page and not restricted to the head section.

Using popups can also be problematic because again people often have pop ups blocked, like I do. This is a way of reducing pop up advertising on commerical websites, so you need to be aware that people might not be able to view your content because of this.

I don’t like that you have opted to use iframes for this layout, although I can understand why it would be appropriate. I would simply recommend you use div layers instead to achieve the same look but without the yukkiness and slow loading time of iframes.

Now, why is there no </body> code and no </html> code at the conclusion of the page? Your coding just stops dead… its very strange. The last line of coding is <body background=”http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l210/fluffytoast/layouts/bg-1.png”> and this should either be immediately under the </head> tag or, even more desirably, it should be dealt with in the CSS.

4. Layout

I gotta tell you, I really like this layout. I like the originality, I like the colours, I adore the fonts you’ve used. It really is a great layout, and I can tell it would have involved some serious creativity. To be honest with you the only thing I would attempt to resolve is the difficulty in locating the navigation. You see, with so much going on in the layout you want to make sure that the navigation stands out so that way your visitors can see all that content you’ve put so much hard work into! Right now I’m more likely to see the link to your host, the links to your affiliates and your banner exchange rotation thingys, and completely overlook the navigation!

5. Content

Why do you have something telling me what today’s date is? I can figure that one out for myself, and I really don’t think this is an important piece of content that should be viewed immediately after the welcome message! Surely, you want people to read your blog/updates? So you want that to take priority I would have thought! Same goes for the suggestions… why not perhaps consider placing this on a separate page as part of the ‘website’ page or something?

I like reading your blog and seeing all the wonderful things you do for your affiliates! I feel bad and as if I am not a very good affiliate in comparison! However, what I don’t like is the fact that there is a HUGE gap at the end of each post and then a HUGE signature graphic to go with it! What is the point in that? Why do you want to space things out so much? Just have a look at exactly how much space separates each post:

Oh and I get that these dragon things are cute or important to you or whatever but ramming them down my throat by having them on each post and on your pop up thing and everything is only going to bore and frustrate people!

1 - Guest
Now, I am sure that you can understand why I am going to have a problem with this:

I mean, if you haven’t finished content, or if it is not ready for your visitors to view yet then why is it being mentioned at all? Why do you have it up on the site? It simply shows that your site is unfinished or messy! Do you want to make your site look unfinished? I personally hate feeling like I’ve walked into a site in the middle of a revamp or whatever.

And as for saying that content is only going to be for the portion of your visitors who have decided to use a particular browser, that is plain and simple discrimination, and certainly not something I think you want to be doing.

Graphics
Why do your rules open up in the whole window and not stay in the iframe? If you are going to use yukky iframes the least you can do is use them properly!!

All my graphics are made with 100% hard work. Please do not over-inspire yourselves.

How is this a rule? What if on one graphic you felt you only tried 75% because you were a little tired? Does that make a difference? It shouldn’t matter at all, now should it?

Calling your visitors “YOU STEALERS” in the rules is pretty offensive. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? What happened to being a nice person? It seems to have gone out the window when you refer to people like that!

Err… one rule is blank… what’s up with that?

How is rule #4 any different from rule #2, rule #3 and rule #6?

How is rule #8 different from rule #10?

When you repeat yourself it simply makes you look immature. When people appear immature, people are less likely to follow their wishes. If you want people to follow your wishes therefore you are going to have to make sure your rules don’t make you look an idiot.

I like that you explain what a PTD is and all of that. I think this is important because to be honest with you it was the first question I was going to ask. These images are very simple and very huge and not really my sorta thing. I really doubt I would consider using a graphic with someone else’s url on it in my layouts, but maybe other people are different.

The extras seem to be a collection of different things. I am not sure why they are all on the same page together.

Sorry, but what on earth does this mean?

These charms don’t guarantee any security to your site, so don’t blame me if you expected security and didn’t get it

The charms are merely images. What kind of security would people expect? Financial security? Physical security? Spiritual security? I don’t understand.

Why does the glitter section contain more repetition of the rules? Surely once is enough? If you think that everyone who visits your site is out to steal your content then I think that you are going to find that you won’t enjoy your site at all!

I don’t know why you have linked to the pickups page on the site. I agree that you should have a page where people can pick up their requests, but why display the URL for all to see? This page is only for the select few you have made graphics for so just give out the exact page URL and leave it at that I would suggest.

What? More rules on the pixels? How many sets of rules am I going to have to go through? This is so dull for your visitors I can assure you.

EWWWW another yukky pop up on the pixel page. Please please please explain to me why this is necessary? To be honest with you its just yukky.

Other than the hideousness of that pop up, your pixels were gorgeous. Please teach me how to do it! I wish I could pixel!

If you can’t do the monthly egg thing, maybe just have it set to random time periods so that you don’t have to feel stressed about keeping up or something?

With the requests I think you would probably be better off making a smaller sample image and simply showing it instead of having a HUGE sample image that can only be linked to! Other than that though I think it is incredibly generous that you even consider to take requests!

If people don’t use your scribble images for layout images, then why would they use them? I’ve never really understood the need for scribbles to be honest with you. They just appear to be very big messy images.

If there are no jars left for adoption then maybe you should take down the form to stop confusion?

I don’t understand why the web material page has to be separate? Why not link to each of these things in the main visitor section?

I like the way that you show the preview for the cursors, its very original. I just hate it when people change the cursors on their website though, so I guess even though you’ve done well with this section, I’m a little sad that you have it because changed cursors make Lisa cry. I also think that if you cannot code it so it can be used by all visitors using all browsers then maybe you shouldn’t have it?

The dividers are actually a useful piece of content, and something that you don’t see on every site. I like that you have these, although maybe make some swirls that are a little more solid perhaps?

How come the read me file is not included in the download of the emoticons? I would have thought that if you really wanted someone to read it then it would be more beneficial for you to include it in the download!

I have to be honest with you, that first layout image that you have provided is really ugly and I doubt people would use it! I think if it wasn’t so messy and blurry it would be okay, because the idea behind it is a nice one, its just poorly executed perhaps. I think the secret to free layouts is that you want them to be so good that you would personally use them on your own site!

I hate that your coded layout only works in particular browsers. I keep going on about it but that’s because I think it is unfair to discriminate against those who don’t use a particular browser.

I like the stencils a lot and I think that they could really help someone like me learn how to pixel! I just wish you had more small images avaliable!

The clocks are gorgeous! I like these! To be honest with you I doubt I would put one up on my website, but I still think that these are really well done!

I like your web icons although they are very simple. I think it would be good if you could get some more words in there as well perhaps?

For Your Interest
So the downloads consist of redistributing other people’s work and programs. Do you think that this is appropriate? Do you think that you should do this without permission? A lot of this is actually illegal copyright infringement. Its really not a path I think you want to go down!

You say with the reads that you have provided the sources from where you got these from but you have not. You also claim that others are not permitted to redistribute these words but then you feel that you are entitled to do so. What makes you different from everyone else? Why do you have claim to these words? What have you done to contribute to this work to make it you own so much so that you can claim a proprietary right over it?

The site of the month competition hasn’t been updated since July 2008. I had problems with updating which is why it became site of the moment, which is perhaps something you should think about doing.

I think the win a prize thing would probably make sense if it were after the games…

Games
Maybe you should list the sources for all of these games???????? According to the footer of every single page on this site, everything is copyrighted to YOU even though these codes are clearly NOT yours.

Tutorials
The anchor tutorial is really well done I have to say, although I personally can’t say that I would ever use them on my site…

I love the cursor preview code. I have to say that I haven’t seen this before and it is really well done! I am super impressed! Its just a pity that there were more rules at the end of the tutorial. It kinda puts a sour taste in my mouth, you know?

I also loved the favicon tutorial, but again all the rules and things made me sad.

The making cursors tutorial actually froze my computer and caused problems no end. I would not recommend you keep this up.

Your advanced vexel tutorial caused the same problems.

I think your tutorials involving a video would be better if there was also a written transcript of them for those of us who don’t want to download the whole video.

2 - Webmiss
I don’t like that the ‘about me’ page is taken up by a HUGE graphic. Its not a picture of you, just a graphic. Why have this? And if you must have this, why have it so big? I find it strange that you start off your description of yourself by explaining how loyal you are. Why about your name? Your age? Your location? Your favourite food? Where you grew up? Your marital status? Anyway, parts of this are written really well and parts of this are not. I will bold everything in the paragraph I have extracted from this page that I think is unnecessary or nonsensical:

Short-ish REALLY REALLY dark brown hair (it looks black, but when under light it is dark brown), cool eh? ^O^ I’m KINDA tall… about average I guess. I am slim/fit waist-up, but waist BELOW looks a little… BLEH! -_-” My mom says it’s fit though, except I don’t really agree. I have dark skin… kinda reddish-brown. My skin is ALWAYS dark for some reason…???

Think about complete sentences and how they could make things easier to understand for your visitor.

I like that you are linking all the sites you adore, but I don’t understand the point in linking sies that are closed or no longer in existance.

Why do you display your email address if you do not want people to use it? Why do you expect that the contact form will malfunction?

Why do you have more about those dragon cave dragons? I agree that they are cute but they are being rammed down my throat by your site so their cuteness has somewhat worn off. The hatchlings appear to be the same kind of thing as the dragons.

The hug me page simply has a broken image.

Why are your adoptions inside that tiny square? They are so hard to see!! I want to see them all!

I’ve never seen a proud moments page on a website before, but to be honest with you I don’t really see the point of it and I certianly don’t understand why it needs its own page!

How come not all current affiliates are linking in the marquee at the top of the page? There is a yukky broken image on this page too unfortunately.

Why have you mentioned the empty link of affiliate applications if it is not possible to apply? Simply don’t have that there I think!!

I like that you have itemised your credits list, although you don’t seem to have credited the people who wrote all your reads and the people who wrote the scripts for your games.

Normally I find people’s website history quite difficult to follow, but I have to say that I am impressed with the way that you have written yours!

I would like the past layouts so much more if you could include a screen shot with them! Other than that I love all the detail that you have gone into.

I like that you list the reviews from people (I hope my review makes it in) although I think this page would look better if you actually made sure that all the reviews appeared in a similar format!

6. Conclusion

Generally you have a really great site. Sure there are problems and everything, but I really like the originality of everything that I guess I am willing to put up with a few of the annoyances somewhat. I love that you have taken the time to really create your own content from scratch by yourself and you have often taken a really original approach with a lot of things. My key problems are with the accessibility problems of a lot of your site, and the fact that you continually seem to be assuming that all your visitors are intent on stealing all your content all the time and must therefore be constantly told not to do it. I promise that not everyone out there is bad and evil and trying to steal your stuff. If you are so certain that people are all YOU STEALERS like you refer to them as being in your rules, then why do you offer such things in the first place? Why not instead simply offer them only to your friends and affiliates for example?
